LETTER FROM STATE SENATOR/.DELEGATES:HEARING TO ALLOW BARS TO STAY OPEN UNTIL 4 AM:
Dear Community Leaders:
The Baltimore City Delegation will be hearing HB 429 – Baltimore City – Alcoholic Beverage Establishments – Weekend Closing Hours, this Friday, February 26th at 9:30 am. The bill would allow certain bars within a given area to continue serving alcohol until 3 am, and allow patrons to continue consuming it until 4 am. While the boundaries of this bill may not include your individual neighborhoods, we are opposed to such an expansion anywhere in our district. If you would like to attend the hearing, the address is:
