Go Green & Save GreenTax Credits for Energy-Efficient Home Improvements
Homeowners can earn tax credits in 2009 and 2010 for making energy-efficient home improvements in your home. The total tax credit maximum is $1,500, up from $500 in 2008, on improvements such as windows, doors, roofs, insulation, water heaters, solar energy, HVAC systems, and wind turbines. Products and instillation must meet specific guidelines in order to qualify.
