Following Amendments to the bylaws passed by unanimous vote of the Directors.

Article V
Proposed Amendment
Addition of Section (10):
No member of the Board of Directors shall vote, chair a committee or otherwise support or direct, any vote involving any project, development or issue in which that member of the Board of Directors has a business or personal interest, whether direct or latent.
Any vote in which it can be proven that a member of the Board of Directors did not recuse themselves when shown to have a personal or business interest, shall be called null and void and a re-vote taken.

Article IV
Proposed Amendment to Section (10)
The boundaries of the organization, located on the South Baltimore Peninsula are:
North: Unit block of E Cross & Unit block of W Cross
East: 1100 -1800 blocks of Light
South: Wells Street
West: 1300-1600 Race Street
Any area included in AREA 30 RPP Permit Parking shall automatically be included within the boundaries of the organization
